PARCEL SHIPMENT RULES & REGULATIONS:

Air shipment parcel
1.Air Shipping Items total value less than USD100 and Parcel NOT more than 15KG per order, in most cases are not required to pay tax.
2.Value Declaration: Refer to parcel value filled in RMB amount by the customer , system will automatically convert RMB to USD. Value declaration exchange rate is USD 1.00 = RMB7.50
3.Air shipment fees included custom clearance fees but NOT including tax (if impose by custom).
4.Extra Long Charges RM125.00/parcel will be imposed to air shipment and sea shipment small pack parcel that have length longer than 120cm. 3market is NOT LIABLE for parcel damage or defect due to customer’s request to fold the goods to reduce the length of parcel.
5.Air shipment parcel that weight more than 25kg or above per parcel. Customer are advised to split their goods to several parcels to avoid extra weight charges.

Sea shipment parcel
1.Maximum weight for 1m3 is 500kg. Additional weight will have additional charges.
2.Sea shipment parcel length more than 300cm need to consult our customer service.
3.Sea shipment fees included custom clearance fees but NOT including tax (if impose by custom).
4.Value Declaration: Refer to parcel value filled in RMB amount by the customer,system will automatically convert RMB to USD. Value declaration exchange rate is USD 1.00 = RMB7.5

Compensation for parcel lost
1. Air Shipment Compensation: In the event of parcel lost, compensation is according to either Three times of the shipment fee paid or parcel declaration value or maximum not more then USD50 , whichever lower value will be taken as the compensation value.
Note:Customer are advised to purchase cargo insurance for highly valuable goods.
2. Sea freight Compensation: In the event of parcel lost, compensation is according to either Three times of the shipment fee paid or parcel declaration value or maximum not more then USD100 , whichever lower value will be taken as the compensation value.
Note:Customer are advised to purchase cargo insurance for highly valuable goods.
3.The parcel price by submitting the order is not regarded as the compensation standard .

Compensation process
1.Apply to a compensation claim , customer need to attach a purchase invoice or screenshoot for proof. After all verification have done , the compensation process will be carried out according to the air freight declared price.

Compensation clause
1.When our warehouse has signed for the parcel , and the parcel if lost in the warehouse within 30 days, we will compensate the cost of the parcel not to exceed USD50.
2.The customer chooses wrong shipping channel and the package if have been returned, the package must be chooses a correct shipping channel , and repaid new charges before it can be shipped again .
3.Company will try its best to contact the customer within 30 days after the package has been in the warehouse. If the owner of the package cannot be contacted, the package will be automatically destroyed without notice.
4.The parcel price declared by the customer when submitting the order is not regarded as the compensation standard.
5.For high-value products, recommend to purchase insurance. The premium is 6% of item total price, and the minimum is RMB60 per shipment. For details, please contact customer service.
6.The parcel in transit have been damaged, the customer is at his own risk. Please take note and do reinforcement for fragile products.
7.Customer concealed falsely reported to declare consignment contraband such as drugs , flammable and explosive, all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.

According to our privacy policy, the user agrees that we may and can collect, own and use the user's personal data only for our purposes and cannot be transferred or publicly given to third parties. 3. Termination of service
